At any time and without prior notice, we may update the Site and/or the App with new terms and conditions that will replace these Terms of Use. Any such changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the Site and/or the App. Any time you use the Services, you should check these Terms of Use to refresh your memory on your rights, remedies, and obligations under the agreement. When you use the Services again after those modifications have been made, you will be deemed to have accepted those modifications and the updated Terms of Use.
THE RIGHTS TO ONE'S OWN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Content includes, but is not limited to, all text, designs, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, service names, user manuals, technical documentation, product information, user interfaces, visual interfaces, images, photographs, trademarks, sounds, music, and artwork that appears via the Services and is owned, controlled, or licenced by or to Sisu.
LOGIN INFORMATION
Except for the pages in the Checkout Process, you can access and edit your account information from any page on the site. This includes your name, email address, password, physical address, and email and newsletter subscription preferences. You’ll need to be logged into Sisu in order to make any changes to your profile. In the event that you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by selecting “I lost my password” on the Sign in page.
Alterations to the Privacy Policy
As of the date initially published above, this Privacy Statement will be in force. On occasion, Sisu may update this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy in place at the time information we collect today is used will apply to that use. We will inform you of any changes to the use of your Personal Information by posting a notice on our Sisu or sending you an email. When using the Sisu after any modifications to the Privacy Policy have been made, the user agrees to be governed by the updated policy.

SHIPPING
We can’t wait to deliver your purchase. We currently deliver to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
At this time, we are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes or Military Addresses.
Costs and Levies
Duties and taxes are not included in the listed prices.
Sending Packages to Several Locations
At this time, each order can only have one shipping address. Please submit several purchases if you need things shipped to different addresses within the same order.
Order Status Updates
Email Receipt and Shipping Verification
We’ll send you an email with your tracking information once your product has shipped.
Follow your shipment’s whereabouts with the use of the email’s provided link.
Prior Orders
Your order status can be viewed in your order history.
Your tracking number won’t work until it’s been activated, which might take up to 72 hours.
Not Accepting Shipments
We take great care to deliver undamaged goods. However, if your package does come damaged, please accept it and give us a call so we can figure something out.
Please note that you will be liable for all shipping and taxes if you refuse all or part of your order without prior approval from us.
